Shipping Policy

Shipping Area We offer shipping for our products throughout India.

Orders placed before 5pm IST will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5pm IST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping and and delivery charges are borne by the customer. Total order amount will include the shipping and packing charges.

Shipping Partners We use Blue Dart parcel service for any order shipments. If the courier do not serve the shipping address, we use other domestic courier service that caters to your address.

Shipment Tracking Once your product is ready for shipment, we will send you tracking details via email and SMS.

Delivery Timeframe Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 4 days and delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the order processing date. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on your delivery location and logistics partners.

Delivery Time Extensions REELIV (CHIRA MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD
) does not guarantee a specific delivery date for ordered products. Delivery may occur earlier or take more than 7 working days due to factors such as delivery location and logistics partner availability.

Possible Delays In the event of unexpected natural calamities, government restrictions/orders, holidays, political bandhs, or any other potential disruptions from the logistics partner's end, delivery could be extended for up to 30 working days.

Customer Coordination CHIRA MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD does not provide notifications for delivery delays, and we expect customers to coordinate directly with the logistics partner if delays occur.

Delivery Days Deliveries will be made on business days, and customers are requested to acknowledge receipt of the product upon delivery.

Alternate Recipient CHIRA MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is not responsible if the product is received by an alternate person and subsequently lost, damaged, or fails to be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address details.

Change of Delivery Information Please note that changes to the delivery address and contact number cannot be made after the order is processed from our end.

Claims for Delivery Issues CHIRA MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD will not accept claims for delivery failures, missing products, or damaged packages during transit.

Notification of Delay Customers should notify us of any delay in delivery through email within 2 working days from the expected delivery date indicated on the logistics partner's website. We will not be liable for delays reported after this timeframe.

Re-Shipping If a product is returned, our logistics team will analyze the reason for the return and contact the customer via email or WhatsApp to understand the challenges in receiving the product, issues with delivery, and specific details of the delivery location for re-shipping.

Order Cancellation Customers do not have the option to cancel returning orders (undelivered orders). Refunds will be issued after deducting the return shipping charges of the original shipment.

Re-Shipping Attempts The product can be re-shipped with a maximum of 1 additional attempt other than the original shipment, at our cost.

Cancellation Due to Repeated Returns If the re-shipped product is returned with an undelivered status, we will automatically cancel the order and refund the cost after deducting the return shipping charges of the original shipment and forward and return shipping charges of the additional attempts made by us.

Action Based on Delivery Feedback Our logistics team will take action on delivery failures based on comments and feedback from the delivery team.
